Understanding tokenized stocks

A tokenized product uses a blockchain token to represent a security or exposure to one. The product structure determines your rights.

Read what the token represents

Some tokens represent securities directly; others provide exposure through a separate issuer. Voting, dividends, ownership claims, and redemption can differ from a conventional share.

Holding it in a wallet

Beaver uses tokenized securities held in your wallet. Holding a token does not necessarily give you the same rights as holding the underlying share. Access, transfers, and redemption depend on the issuer and product terms.

Understand the risks

Alongside market risk, consider the issuer, custody arrangements, liquidity, and technology. Review eligibility in your region and the product documents before investing.
