# Round-up investing for nurses

If your shifts and income vary, review your round-up amount against a typical month and a quieter one.

## Choose an amount that fits

A $4.18 purchase adds $0.82 with a nearest-dollar rule. A percentage rule produces a different amount. Review a month of examples before deciding which to use.

## Choose the destination

Send round-ups to one supported stock, match supported brands, or choose an investment for each spending category. Review the rule and the available investments before turning it on.

## Review the costs
